Supply only uPVC windows and doors

Supply only uPVC windows means we manufacture to your measurements and deliver the frames; you arrange fitting. You pay the factory price, not a packaged installation.

uPVC windowsBuy windows onlineHow to measureDeliverySupply only explained

It's how builders, joiners and property developers have always bought windows. The only thing that's changed is that our online designer lets anyone do it.

What's included

  • The complete window or door frame, manufactured to your millimetre sizes in the Eurologik 70mm system
  • Your chosen sealed glass units (double, toughened, laminated or triple), supplied separately from the frames — frames are fitted unglazed, then glazed in place
  • All frame hardware fitted: handles, hinges, multi-point locks, letterplates on doors
  • Cills, frame extenders and trickle vents supplied loose where you've specified them, ready to fit during installation
  • Delivery to your address, charged by distance from our Manchester factory

What's not included

  • Installation, and anything installation-related: fixings, packers, silicone, trims and disposal of your old frames
  • A survey — you measure (or your fitter does), using our measuring guide
  • Building-control sign-off for replacement windows: as a supply-only customer this is yours or your installer's to arrange — see our FENSA and Building Regulations guides

Who supply-only suits

Confident DIYers — fitting a casement window into a prepared opening is a well-documented job, and our installation guides cover it step by step. Anyone with a trusted local joiner or window fitter — trades often charge a day rate for fitting that's a fraction of an installer's bundled margin. Builders and developers on new-build or renovation projects, who want factory-direct pricing with a trade account. And landlords replacing windows across multiple properties, where installed quotes multiply fast.

Frequently asked questions

Can you recommend a fitter?
We don't run an installer network — supply-only pricing works precisely because we're not managing installations. Local joiners, window fitters and general builders all fit supplied windows routinely; get two or three quotes for the labour.
Who is responsible if a window doesn't fit?
Windows are made to the sizes you enter, so the sizes are your responsibility — measure brick-to-brick and deduct 10mm each way as shown in the measuring guide. If we manufacture something different from what you ordered, that's ours to put right.
Do supply-only windows need Building Regulations approval?
Replacement windows in England and Wales must comply with Building Regulations, and the work must be certified — either through a registered competent-person installer or a building-control application. Our guides explain both routes for supply-only buyers.
Are the windows cheaper because they're lower spec?
No — the specification is the same Eurologik system, A-rated glazing and multi-point hardware an installer would quote. The saving is the absence of sales commission, survey vans and installation margin, not a thinner product.
What should I check when the delivery arrives?
Check quantities, sizes and colours against your order confirmation, and inspect the glass and frames before the driver leaves — our delivery-day guide has a checklist.
