Supply only windows means we manufacture made-to-measure uPVC to your measurements and deliver the frames to you across mainland Britain; you arrange fitting. You pay the factory price, not a packaged installation.
Windows with at least one opening sash start from £101.46 inc VAT, and fixed windows that don't open from £45.34 (complete windows at the smallest size we make, each spelled out in the price block above). Every one is double glazed and A rated as standard and made to your millimetre sizes, and delivery is priced by distance from our factory: check delivery to your postcode.

Popular window styles and prices
Each style is a starting layout: you set the exact width and height, move the mullions (the upright bars between panes) and transoms (the horizontal ones), and choose the colour, glass and hardware. The price on each card is a complete window at the smallest size we make (the size under it), in white with 28mm double glazing and a 150mm cill, with trickle vents where they fit, white handles and the standard key-locking espag lock on the opening sashes; where a trickle vent doesn't fit at that size, the price is without it. "Price this size" opens it in the designer at that price, and the designer prices your exact window live as you set your sizes. Prices include VAT; delivery is extra, as below. We deliver on our own vehicles to addresses within 300 miles of our Worsley, Manchester factory. That covers mainland England and Wales and Scotland outside the Highlands: London, Plymouth, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen are all within range. The charge is based on distance from the factory, starts at £30, and is charged once per delivery however many windows and doors are on it. We don't deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or islands reached by ferry, such as the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man, because each delivery has to get there and back in a day. Deliveries are kerbside by a single driver, so have two people ready to unload.
Everything is made to order. Windows and uPVC doors are typically ready in 5-14 working days, and composite and bifold doors in 15-25 working days. Double glazed as standard: what arrives
Every window is made from Eurocell's Eurologik chamfered 70mm six-chamber profile and double glazed as standard with 28mm argon-filled sealed units and warm-edge spacers, which gives it an A energy rating. Buying supply only changes who fits your double glazing, not what arrives.
- Glass: 28mm double glazing as standard, with toughened or laminated safety glass, 36mm triple glazing and five obscure privacy patterns as options
- Colours: White, Anthracite Grey, Blackbrown, Agate Grey, Cream, Chartwell Green, Golden Oak and Rosewood, with the same colour inside or white inside. For darker finishes, see grey uPVC windows and black uPVC windows
- Handles and locks: key-locking cranked espagnolette handles in five colours, fitted at the factory and driving multi-point locking around the sash
- Extras: cills from 85mm to 225mm, frame extenders and 2000 or 4000 trickle vents, supplied loose for fitting during installation

Guarantees
- uPVC frames: 10 years against discolouration and warping
- Sealed glass units: 5 years against unit failure, such as misting

The guarantee periods start on the date of your invoice.

Supply only vs supply and fit
An installer's quote bundles the windows with the survey, fitting, disposal, sales commission and company overhead in one figure. Supply only splits that bundle: you pay us the factory price for the windows, shown before you order, and pay your own fitter for the labour. That's usually substantially cheaper overall, but some of the work an installer would take on becomes yours.

Delivery or collection
Typically ready in 5-14 working days (composite and bifold doors 15-25 working days). We email your delivery or collection date. Check everything on delivery and report any damage in writing within 72 hours. Book your fitter once the windows have arrived and you've checked them.

Supply only doors
Doors are supplied the same way. uPVC doors are made in the same Eurologik 70mm system as the windows, so the colours match: full glass, glass over a panel, or a Vista Panels design, typically ready in 5-14 working days. Composite doors are solid timber-core doors, made to measure by Comp Door in Staffordshire, typically in 15-25 working days. Both are priced online, delivered or collected like the windows, and fitted by you or your installer; our door installation guide is written for them.

- Can you recommend a fitter?
- We don't run an installer network. Supply-only pricing works precisely because we're not managing installations. Local joiners, window fitters and general builders all fit supplied windows routinely; get two or three quotes for the labour.
- Who is responsible if a window doesn't fit?
- Windows are made to the sizes you enter, so the sizes are your responsibility: measure brick-to-brick and deduct 10mm each way as shown in the measuring guide. If we manufacture something different from what you ordered, that's ours to put right.
- Do supply-only windows need Building Regulations approval?
- Replacement windows in England and Wales must comply with Building Regulations, and the work must be certified, either through a registered competent-person installer or a building-control application. Our FENSA and self-certification guide explains both routes for supply-only buyers.
- Are the windows cheaper because they're lower spec?
- No, the specification is the same Eurologik system, A-rated glazing and multi-point hardware an installer would quote. The saving is the absence of sales commission, survey vans and installation margin, not a thinner product.
- Is supply only double glazing A rated?
- Yes. Every window is double glazed as standard with 28mm argon-filled units and warm-edge spacers, and is A rated in the Eurologik system (BFRC licence 3220), which clears the Building Regulations thermal requirement for replacement windows in England. 36mm triple glazing is an option on every style.
- Do you deliver to my area?
- We deliver across mainland Britain, to addresses within 300 miles of our factory. That covers mainland England and Wales and Scotland outside the Highlands: London, Plymouth, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen are all within range.
