How it works

Measure your opening brick-to-brick and deduct 10mm each way — our measuring guide walks through it with diagrams.
Pick a layout (fixed, side openers, top vents or combinations) and type your sizes. The drawing rescales to your exact proportions.
Drag the mullion and transom splits where you want them — the designer keeps every section within manufacturable limits.

Size range and manufacturing limits

Frames are made from 400×400mm up to 3000×3000mm. Within a frame, side-hung openers can be 400–1300mm wide, top-hung vents take a 400–1300mm drop, and fixed sections run from 300mm. Glass sheets set the pane limits: each pane must stay under 1400mm in one direction and 2500mm in the other. These aren't arbitrary rules — they're the real constraints of the Eurologik system and the glass units, and the online designer enforces them so an unbuildable window can never reach the basket.

Why made-to-measure beats standard sizes

Replacement openings are rarely square and almost never a catalogue size — a 1950s semi and a 2010s new-build won't share a brick module. A stock window means shimming, oversized silicone joints and trickier weatherproofing. A frame made to your survey slots in with an even 5mm packing gap all round, which is faster to fit, easier to seal, and looks right from the street.

Built in Britain, priced honestly

Windows are fabricated in our Manchester factory in Eurocell's Eurologik chamfered 70mm system — six-chambered, BBA-certified, A-rated as standard with 28mm argon-filled units. Because you buy factory-direct with no salesperson and no installer margin, the price you see is the manufacturing price plus delivery, and it's shown before you give us any contact details.
