What we use

This Site uses strictly necessary cookies and browser storage — the minimum required for the Site to function — and, if you accept them, optional analytics cookies that help us see how the Site is used. We do not use advertising or ad-targeting cookies, and we never sell your data.

Analytics cookies are off until you accept them. We ask through a banner the first time you visit, and nothing is loaded from Google unless and until you say yes.

When you pay by card, the payment page is hosted by Stripe on stripe.com, which sets its own strictly necessary cookies for fraud prevention — see Stripe's privacy policy for details.

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), but you're entitled to know about them — hence this page. Analytics cookies do require consent, which is why we ask before setting any.

Analytics

If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and products people look at, so we know what to improve. It tells us things like which window styles get the most attention and where visitors drop out before ordering.

Google acts as our processor for this and may process the data outside the UK, protected by UK-approved safeguards. We have turned off Google's advertising features, so this data is not used to target ads at you, and we do not link it to your account or order. We also keep a simple count of page visits on our own server, which uses no cookies and identifies nobody.

Your choice

You can change your mind at any time — withdrawing is as easy as accepting.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking the essential ones will prevent parts of the Site (such as signing in) from working; blocking analytics costs you nothing. Clearing your browser's site data will also empty your basket and reset your analytics choice, so we'll ask again.

If this changes

If we ever introduce further non-essential cookies — advertising cookies, for example — we will update this notice and ask for your consent before setting them, exactly as we do for analytics now.
