How ordering works

Every step, from measuring and paying to delivery and guarantees, is on how buying works.

An existing order or a delivery date

Phone or email with your order reference and we'll check it for you. To rearrange a delivery, email sales@newupvcwindows.co.uk with your order reference.

Changing or cancelling an order

Phone or email with your order reference as soon as you can. Cancelling is free until we confirm your delivery or collection date, normally within one working day of your order, often the same day. Manufacture starts then, and the order can't be cancelled after that. The returns policy has the details.

Damage or missing items on delivery

Email sales@newupvcwindows.co.uk within 72 hours of delivery, with your order reference and photos of the damage and the product labels. Transit damage reported this way is repaired or replaced free of charge. The returns policy has the details.

A fault found later, or a guarantee claim

Email sales@newupvcwindows.co.uk with your order reference, a description of the problem and clear photos. Visible damage reported after 72 hours may be declined, but that doesn't affect your rights for faults that couldn't reasonably have been seen on delivery. Your rights are in the returns policy and sections 9 and 10 of our terms.
