Buy uPVC windows direct from the manufacturer
We make every window we sell, and we sell it to you directly at the price our online designer shows. There is no salesperson, no showroom and no installer's margin in between. You buy the window, we make it to your sizes and deliver it, and you or your own fitter install it.
How buying direct is different
Buying from a national installer: you book a home visit, an adviser measures up and gives you a quote, and the price includes the windows, fitting, removing the old frames, disposal and the Building Regulations certificate. Most national installers don't publish prices. Anglian and Safestyle quote after measuring; Everest publishes a 2026 guide of £700 to £1,800 per uPVC casement window, installation included (Everest).
Buying from a reseller: many online window sites sell windows made by someone else, so the price carries a margin for each business in the chain.
Buying from us: you design the window online, type your exact sizes in millimetres and see the price straight away, VAT included. Our prices are the same for everyone, with no trade account and no minimum order. You pay for the windows and delivery only, and you arrange fitting yourself. How your windows are made
- Your order becomes a cutting list. Each window is worked out from your sizes: frame, sashes, glass and hardware.
- The profile is cut and welded. uPVC lengths are cut to size and the corners are fusion welded, then cleaned.
- Hardware and gaskets go in. Hinges, espagnolette locks, handles and seals are fitted. Every side opener has egress (fire escape) hinges as standard, with a choice of standard friction or restrictor hinges (+£15 per opener). Restrictor hinges can be chosen on fire escape windows too.
- The glass is fitted. Double glazed sealed units are glazed into the frame.
- Checked, labelled and delivered. Each window is checked against your order and labelled before it goes on our own vehicle.

How ordering works
- Measure your openings using our measuring guide.
- Design and price each window online in the designer.
- Check your basket. You see the delivery charge before you pay.
- Pay online by card (Visa or Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay, or spread the cost with Klarna.
- We confirm your order and delivery date normally within one working day of your order, often the same day. You can cancel free until we confirm your delivery or collection date.
- We make your windows to your sizes. Because they are made to measure, they can't be returned once manufacture has begun; see our returns policy.
- Kerbside delivery on our own vehicle. Please have two people ready to unload.
- Your fitter installs them and arranges Building Regulations sign-off.
Delivery is charged once per delivery, priced by distance: from £30.00 within 15 miles, rising in bands to £400.00 for the furthest addresses. Collection is free. See delivery charges for every band; your basket shows the exact charge for your postcode before you pay.
Opening hours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 3pm.
