How long does delivery take?
Every window is manufactured to your exact sizes in our UK factory. Orders are typically delivered in 10–15 working days (composite doors 15–25 working days) — we confirm your delivery date by email once your order is confirmed.
Are your windows energy efficient?
Yes — every window is A rated as standard, with 28mm argon-filled double glazing and warm-edge spacer bars in the Eurocell Eurologik 70mm six-chamber profile. Triple glazing (40mm) is available on all styles for even better thermal and acoustic performance.
Do I need trickle vents?
Under Building Regulations Part F, most replacement windows in England and Wales need background ventilation. Add slimline trickle vents to any opener in the designer — they're supplied with the window for fitting during installation.
Can I buy windows without installation?
