uPVC and composite door prices, explained
A made-to-measure uPVC door from us starts at £457.56 and a Comp Door composite door at £954.08, supply only and including VAT. Every price on this page comes from the same pricing as our online door designer, at today's rates.
The tables price a 900 × 2100mm door, the size the designer starts at, so you can check any figure there by picking the same options. Unlike a window, a door's price changes little with its size: the type of door, the design, the colour and the extras matter far more.
uPVC door prices
Our uPVC doors are made in Eurocell Eurologik 70mm, the same profile as our windows. These are today's prices for a 900 × 2100mm door: open in, 70mm threshold, no cill, with double glazed toughened (28mm), clear glass.

The Anthracite Grey prices are Anthracite Grey outside and white inside. Blackbrown, Agate Grey, Cream, Chartwell Green, Golden Oak and Rosewood cost the same. Colour costs more on a glass-top or panel door than on a full-glass one, because the midrail and the panel are foiled as well as the frame.
The panel door price is the Edwardian design, the cheapest of 22 Vista panel designs; in white they run from £494.39 to £674.98 at this size.
Every glazed door has safety glass, toughened or laminated; a panel door's glass comes in the panel itself. The designer starts on obscure glass for privacy, which adds £99.98 at this size.
Composite door prices
Our composite doors are made to measure by Comp Door around a solid timber core. These are today's prices for a 900 × 2100mm door: open in, 70mm threshold, no cill, lever / lever handle.

Each row prices the cheapest design of its kind: the Norfolk Solid design and the Brampton design with standard clear glass. The Anthracite Grey prices have that colour on the slab and the frame outside, and white inside.
Across all 38 designs, a white composite door at this size costs £954.08 to £1,252.37, and decorative glass can add up to £359.53, so the design and its glass make the biggest difference to the price. Standard clear or obscure glass is included in every glazed design.
What adds to the price of a uPVC door
What each extra adds to the white full-glass door (£494.23) at 900 × 2100mm. Glazing and privacy glass are priced by area, so they cost a little less on a glass-top door, and a Vista panel door's glass comes in the panel. Lines marked "coloured doors" cost nothing on a white door. Apart from the colours above, anything not listed here costs nothing extra.

Does the size change the price?
Much less than with windows. A door's frame, slab and hardware are priced per door, so only the parts priced by area or length grow with the size: the glass in a uPVC door, and a cill or frame extender if you choose one.
A white full-glass uPVC door with clear glass costs £457.56 at the smallest size we make (750 × 1950mm) and £530.26 at the largest (1050 × 2200mm).
The cheapest composite door is £954.08 at any size from 750 × 1950mm to 1050 × 2200mm.
So pick the door type, design and colour first: they move the price far more than a few centimetres of width.
Why a composite door costs more than uPVC
A uPVC door is our own Eurologik frame and sash, glazed or panelled. A composite door is a 48mm solid timber-core slab made by Comp Door, with its own multi-latch locking. Comp Door builds its doors to PAS 24:2022 security with an ABS 3-star anti-snap cylinder, and fits Kubu smart sensors that show on your phone whether the door is locked.
Composite doors also take longer: typically 15-25 working days, against 5-14 working days for a uPVC door, because Comp Door makes them for us.

- Yes. On a uPVC door, Anthracite Grey outside adds £109.36 on a full-glass door, £258.89 on a glass-top door and £252.89 on a Vista panel door, because a glass-top or panel door has more foiled parts. On a composite door the slab and frame colours are priced separately; the extras table above lists both.
- Is a low threshold extra?
- Yes: the low aluminium threshold adds £48.65. The standard threshold is included in every door price on this page.
- Can I have a letterplate?
- Yes, on a glass-top uPVC door, a Vista panel door or a composite door, for £40.12. A full-glass uPVC door can't take one.
- Is delivery included in the price?
- No. Delivery is priced by distance from our Worsley, Manchester factory, from £30, and the basket shows it before you pay. You can also collect free.
- Do you fit the doors?
- No. We make and deliver the door; we don't fit it. Our install-a-door guide is for your installer or a competent DIYer.
