Who we are
The company behind the site is Inbray Limited, established in 2005 and trading as New uPVC Windows. We manufacture at Wardley Industrial Estate, Worsley, Manchester, a working UK factory, not a showroom. Frames are made to your millimetre sizes, quality-checked, and sent out from Wardley.
We make your windows and sell them direct from our factory
We make windows, uPVC doors and aluminium bifolds at our Wardley factory and sell them online, direct from the factory: there is no showroom, salesperson or installer between you and the people who make your windows. Our website prices are trade prices, the same for everyone.
Made at our Wardley factory
- uPVC windows, in the Eurocell Eurologik 70mm system
- uPVC doors, in the same system and colours as the windows
- Aluminium bifold doors, in the Sheerline Prestige system, 2 to 5 leaves
Bought in
- Composite doors, made to measure by Comp Door in Staffordshire. We sell and deliver them, and they take longer: typically 15-25 working days.

It's a factory, not a showroom, so please phone or email rather than calling in.
The full list of standards and certificates, including our composite doors and bifolds, is on our products page.
Our windows
Every window and uPVC door frame is manufactured from Eurocell's Eurologik chamfered 70mm six-chamber profile and internally glazed, and opening sashes and doors have multi-point locking. Our windows are A rated as standard (BFRC licence 3220). Our online designer draws your window to scale as you build it (the exact layout, colour, glass and hardware you will receive), so what you see is precisely what turns up on the van.
Profiles, glass and hardware are shown in detail on our products page.
How supply-only works
You design and pay online; we make the frames and sealed units; your builder or window fitter installs them. There is no survey visit and we do not install. If that way of buying is new, the supply-only explained guide sets out what arrives, what you arrange, and how Building Regulations still apply. Trade customers can open a trade account and print customer quotations under their own name.
Guarantees
| uPVC frames | 10 years | against discolouration and warping |
|---|---|---|
| Glass sealed units | 5 years | against unit failure, such as misting |

The guarantee periods start on the date of your invoice. The full wording is in section 10 of our terms and conditions. Composite doors carry the same guarantee Comp Door gives. Aluminium bifolds carry the same guarantee Sheerline gives. Ask us for the full guarantee terms.
