We deliver on our own vehicles to mainland Britain addresses within 300 miles of our Worsley, Manchester factory, measured in a straight line, priced by distance, or you can collect free.

Manufacture starts then. Cancelling is free until we confirm your delivery or collection date.
- 3Made to measureTypically 5-14 working days; composite and bifold doors 15-25 working days. We can't give you a date before you order. We get every order to you as soon as we can, depending on our workload and when we're delivering in your area.

- 5Delivered kerbsideOn our own vehicle, by a single driver, between 8am and 5pm Monday to Thursday, and between 8am and 3pm on Fridays. You unload.

Delivery charges
Priced by straight-line distance from our factory (M28 2LY) to your postcode district, and charged once per delivery, however many windows and doors are on it. The 300-mile limit is measured the same way. Your basket prices it instantly from your postcode.

We deliver there and back in a day, so we don't deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or islands (Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish islands).

Check everything before the driver leaves
- Count the frames and glass units against your order confirmation
- Look over each one as it comes off the van, and note any damage on the delivery sheet
- Report any damage, defects or missing items in writing within 72 hours of delivery, with photos of the damage and the product labels, to sales@newupvcwindows.co.uk
