Lead times
Every window and door is manufactured to order in our UK factory. Orders are typically ready in 10–15 working days; composite doors take around 15–25 working days. We will confirm your delivery date by email once your order is confirmed, and send you a reminder email the day before your delivery.
Delivery charges
Delivery is priced by distance from our factory in Walkden, Manchester (M28 2LY), and is available to mainland UK addresses within 300 miles of the factory. Pop your postcode into the basket for an instant price — these are the current charges:

We deliver on our own vehicles, there and back in a day, so we don't deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or islands (Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish islands).
On the day
Your order is delivered on our own vehicles by a single driver, and it is your responsibility to unload the van. Frames and glass units are heavy, so please have enough able-bodied help on hand — larger frames need two people to lift safely. Please check each frame and glass unit as it comes off the van and note any damage on the delivery sheet — transit damage reported on the day is replaced free of charge, priority-made.
Access
If access is tight (narrow lanes, restricted parking, flats), tell us in the delivery notes at checkout and we will plan the right vehicle for the job.
