Supply-only window prices: real examples
These are real prices from our online designer, worked out live. Every window is white inside and out, double glazed with clear glass, a 150mm cill and our standard handles, lock and trickle vents where they fit. Every side opener has egress (fire escape) hinges as standard, with a choice of standard friction or restrictor hinges (+£15 per opener). Restrictor hinges can be chosen on fire escape windows too. Prices include VAT at 20%. Each price opens the designer at exactly that window and price.

What these prices don't include
Fitting, removing your old windows, disposal and the Building Regulations certificate. You arrange those with your own FENSA or CERTASS registered fitter; see FENSA and self-certification. A 2026 UK cost guide puts fitting labour at around £150 to £400 per window (Bestbuilders).
Prices change with size and options, so price your own windows in the designer. Windows are made to your sizes, so they can't be returned once made; see our returns policy.
