What sizes can I order the Three Fixed Panes over Side Opener + Fixed + Side Opener (L/R) window in?

Any size from 1100mm to 3000mm wide and 630mm to 3030mm high, to the millimetre. These are overall sizes: the height includes the cill, so without one the range is 600-3000mm. 3000mm is the widest frame we make. It can't be narrower than 1100mm, which allows at least 400mm for each side opener and 300mm for the fixed pane. 3000mm is the tallest frame we make. 2. External frame colour

Adds depth to the outer frame to suit your reveal, included in your overall size. Choose a size, then pick which sides need it.

11. Trickle vents

2000 vents (300mm)

Building Regulations (Part F) require background ventilation in most replacement installs. 2000 vents suit narrower openers; 4000 vents move more air but need a wider sash. Trickle vents and Part F explained (opens in a new tab)

Fire escape (egress) openingBuilding Regulations can require an escape window in a habitable room, upstairs or on the ground floor: see when a room needs one. Ticking this makes each side opener at least 650mm wide and 920mm high, measured on its own section, so a top vent or transom above it doesn't count. One such opener is enough, but we make them match. The window is made as big as that needs. Every side opener has egress hinges as standard, and restrictor hinges can still be chosen on a fire escape window.

As a fire escape, this window must be at least 1600 × 1250mm overall (including the cill). Yours is 1800 × 1050mm, so ticking this will make it bigger.

The Three Fixed Panes over Side Opener + Fixed + Side Opener (L/R) window has six panes in a grid, three across and two down. The top row has three fixed panes; the bottom row has side openers at each end, hinged at the outer edges, with a fixed pane between them. Two of the six panes open; the other four are fixed.

Both side openers open fully, for plenty of airflow and easier cleaning. The four fixed panes have no sashes, so more of each is glass.
